We build NailDesk — point-of-sale software for nail salons.

NailDesk runs the front of a nail salon: customers check themselves in, the day's work is shared out among the technicians in turn, appointments are kept, and payment is taken at the counter. It also sends the salon's appointment text messages.

Bao Le LLC is owned and run by Bao Le Nguyen. NailDesk is developed in the United States and designed with nail salons in Florida.

Text messages

NailDesk sends appointment text messages on behalf of the salons that use it — confirmations, reminders, a message when a customer's technician is ready, and occasional offers from the salon. Each salon registers its own number and is the sender of its own messages.

Customers agree when they check in at the salon or book online, and can stop at any time by replying STOP. What we do with a phone number is set out in our Privacy Policy.
